The end of the year is approaching us with great strides and with it the best occasion to be pampered once again in Tiemann’s Restaurant.

Our house will be closed on December 23rd & 24th.

This year we’re serving:

Canelloni with scallop & crayfish, strained lentil soup with vegetable wonton and saddle of venison with pepper cocoa sauce

For a sweet finale, chocolate mousse tart with homemade cinnamon plum ice cream

Or are you more in the mood for classic roast duck, halibut fillet with a walnut crust or vegetarian porcini mushroom caramelli with local truffles?
