The doors of our hotel and restaurant are open again. Nevertheless, we have to adapt to the still extraordinary conditions and are therefore ready for you with changed opening times and a specialty menu.

TIEMANN’s Restaurant – creative interpretations of regional dishes…

Ease into your day with breakfast under a shady canopy of trees. Perhaps some salmon, or a slice of home-made cake? The way to the heart is through the stomach, as the saying goes, and this is emphasised by our passion for local produce: Saltimbocca from the “Dümmer Moorschnucke”, tapas from the area or epicurean delights from the near-by lake. Just some of the extraordinary dishes created by head chef Thomas Fock, Fred Böckmann and his team as they constantly reinterpret the local cuisine. In our new lovely sunroom, in TIEMANN’s Restaurant or out under the stars, select from our imaginative menu or dine à la carte, peruse the international wine list or sample local.
Drop into TIEMANN’s Gaststube for your nightcap and mingle with both locals and those just passing through.

TIEMANN’s Holidays

Changed opening times at the end of December

On December 23rd & 24th we are preparing Christmas dinner, so our house will remain closed.

“Sweep out the old year” – that’s what we say again
from December 27, 2022 to January 09, 2023
and that’s why we’re giving Tiemann’s team a break.

From Tuesday January 10th, 2023 we will open the doors to our restaurant again!
