Just some of the extraordinary dishes created by head chef Thomas Fock, Fred Böckmann and his team as they constantly reinterpret the local cuisine. In our new lovely sunroom, in TIEMANN’s Restaurant or out under the stars, select from our imaginative menu or dine à la carte, peruse the international wine list or sample local.
