Ease into your day with breakfast under a shady canopy of trees. Perhaps some salmon, or a slice of home-made cake? The way to the heart is through the stomach, as the saying goes, and this is emphasised by our passion for local produce: Saltimbocca from the “Dümmer Moorschnucke”, tapas from the area or epicurean delights from the near-by lake. Just some of the extraordinary dishes created by head chef Thomas Fock and his team as they constantly reinterpret the local cuisine. In our new lovely sunroom, in TIEMANN’s Restaurant or out under the stars, select from our imaginative menu or dine à la carte, peruse the international wine list or sample local.
